As the largest sports club in the Western Cape, Kelvin Grove is the premier venue to enjoy sport, entertain friends, or meet new people. Next year, we proudly celebrate our centenary, marking 100 years of providing exceptional facilities and experiences to our members.

Kelvin Grove offers a range of outstanding amenities in a secure environment, with 24-hour security, 363 days a year. The Club creates a welcoming social atmosphere at very reasonable rates, with something for everyone. From tennis, padel, squash, croquet, and bowls to our family-friendly restaurant offering delicious pizzas and a children’s play area—there’s always something to enjoy.

A R750.00 once off fee is payable upfront on each application form – one application form is required per candidate. The candidate is required to complete the application form in FULL.

One proposer and one seconder will be required to complete the application – both the proposer and seconder need to be current members of the club for 5 years or more and be known to the member for at least 2 years. If you do not have a proposer or seconder a short interview will be set up for you with the General Manager.

Once the application has been completed in full and each page initialled where requested, return it to the Club with the once-off upfront fee and a copy of your ID.

You will be given a receipt for this payment. The application takes approximately 6-8 weeks to process.
