In terms of rule 28, Kelvin Grove Clubs Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 3rd August 2020, starting promptly at 18h00.
The AGM will be hosted online if government regulations do not permit gatherings at this time.
NOTICE OF RESOLUTIONS
All resolutions, to be received 28 days clear of the AGM, it must be handed to Reception or put in the wooden box at reception, by no later than 18:00 on Sunday, 5 July 2020.
NOTICE OF COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS
COMMITTEE Nominations of two candidates to fill vacancies on The Committee shall be a vote and signed by two members of the Club, to be received by no later than 18h00 on Sunday, 12th July 2020.
