The Waterside area, the more informal
part of the Club, is situated around the Club's swimming pool and is close to
the fitness centre and Kelvin's sporting facilities. This area consists of
the Pool Bar, the Waterside Restaurant and an informal braai area under the
magnificent Magnolia tree.
The Pool Bar is popular on Fridays after work as a relaxed
meeting place to enjoy a drink, especially when resident DJ Tom Kenmuir starts
his disco. An all-day breakfast and a light meal can be ordered from the
Restaurant.
The Waterside Restaurant can be used for private functions such as a braai,
cocktail parties and other events in the evening. Should you wish to book this
area, contact the Banqueting co-ordinators. The Pool Bar with its flat screen
tv's and the Waterside Restaurant with its Big Screen are the favourite watering
holes before and after major sporting events. Please note this area is a Wi-Fi
hotspot.
