DR MARLENE WASSERMAN (DR EVE)
Accredited Couple and Sex Therapist, Dr Marlene Wasserman will be the guest speaker at the Club Luncheon in August. Internationally trained as a Sexual Medicine Therapist and Consultant, Marlene is primarily a clinician in private practice and has been such for the last 30 years.
Known as Dr Eve, she is the writer of her own column in Move, the contributing editor of Best Life and is associated with the newly-launched Destiny magazine.
She is also the author of a few books and has recently completed her new book on Ageing and Sexual Health. She is the editor and a board member of the internationally-acclaimed UK based academic journal Sexual and Relationship Therapy and is a part-time lecturer at Medical School, Department O&E, at the University of Cape Town.
She has entered her 15th year on radio and can be heard on Good Hope FM, Radio 702 and Cape Talk. She also hosted her own television show Pillowtalk during 2006.
Dr Eve is a woman, parent and partner and is passionate about living life in a healthy, sensual and responsible way.
